Welcome to Paatheya (paatheya.com). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services, website pages, itinerary builders and DMC sourcing integrations operated by Paatheya Solutions.

1. Acceptance of terms

By registering a travel agency profile, deploying our CRM pipelines or utilising our ground vendor booking platforms, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not utilise our software platforms.

2. Description of services

Paatheya Solutions provides digital enablement services for travel operators, including:

Whitelabeled online itinerary builders and quote sheets.
API configuration services for flight, hotel and rail consolidator portals.
Operational sourcing networks with vetted Destination Management Companies (DMCs).
Escrow payment-protection systems for wholesale bookings.
Custom website design, reputation management and travel CRM dashboards.

3. Escrow deposit & payment rules

Agencies sourcing wholesale rates from our ground vendor network must fund bookings using our regulated B2B escrow profiles. Deposits remain locked in trust accounts under Bangalore banking rules and are only released to ground local DMCs once guest check-ins are validated at target hotels.

4. User obligations & account safety

Travel operators must provide valid GSTIN numbers, travel licenses (e.g. IATA certificates or state tourism licenses) and contact details during onboarding. Agencies are solely responsible for maintaining the privacy of their login codes and API keys configured in the CRM console.

5. Governing law

These Terms and all disputes arising from your use of Paatheya services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without reference to conflict-of-laws principles. All claims shall be filed exclusively in courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka.
